9/24 Intensive 3D Buttercream Flower class

In this intensive 6 hour long class, we will be making the full size 2 tiered beautiful cake as shown in the pictures. We will be covering agendas as below:

* Build 2 tiered book cake

*Create book and paper effect on the cake

* Learn 3 flowers: scabiosas, roses, wax flowers

* Decorate the whole book cake with buttercream flowers 

* Pipe 3 of Blooming Cakes' signature buttercream flowers: rannunculous, scabiosa and wax flowers. 

* Decorate the cake with your buttercream flowers

Class timeline:

10am: start class

10am - 10:30: greet and meet, course introdution

10:30 - 12pm: build the cake, frost the cake, mixing colors for flower piping after lunch.

12pm - 12:30pm: lunch break

12:30 - 3:30pm: piping flowers

3:30 - 4:00pm: Decorate the cake with the flowers

4:00pm - 4:30pm: wrapping up, taking pictures and boxing the cake. 

Everyone will go home with their beautiful cake. All the tools and ingredients are provided in class. You are welcome to bring your notebooks and aprons. 

The class will be held in Mill Valley, CA.
