Mini cake decorating

Focusing on cake decorating, this 4h workshop is perfect for all home bakers, baking enthusiasts or first time cake decorators to explore their floral piping skill and all the necessary steps to decorate a mini cake including:

* building the cake

* filling the cake with compote/ganache

* crumb coating the cake

* frosting the cake

* learning 2 different buttercream flowers 

* arranging the flowers on the cake

All cake ingredients and decorating tools are included and provided in class. Everyone will go home with their beautiful floral cakes!  Please bring lunch, a notebook and your apron with you.

There are only 7 slots available so the fee is non refundable for cancelation less than 7 days before class date. Cancelation in within 2 weeks is partially refundable!
